Overview
Dhodi Metal Industries is a prominent manufacturer and exporter of a broad array of Copper Tube & Pipe which are fabricated by our adroit professionals using supreme class raw materials as per the set industry norms.
Brass pipes and tubes are widely used for their durability, corrosion resistance, and appealing golden color. Made primarily of copper and zinc, brass has a combination of properties that make it suitable for plumbing, industrial, decorative, and mechanical applications.
Brass tubes have a smaller diameter than pipes and come in a variety of wall thicknesses, including thin-walled versions. Tubes are generally measured by their outer diameter and are often cut to length for precision applications.
A Brass Square Tube is highly ductile and malleable. These tubes possess a wall thickness between 0.2mm to 120mm. They are available with plain, beveled and threaded tubing ends. The Brass Rectangular Pipe doesn’t shrink or swell under any pressure. These pipes possess a melting point of 1630 F.
Brass pipes and tubes offer a blend of functionality and aesthetic qualities, making them suitable for industrial applications as well as design and decorative purposes.
Key Properties of Brass Pipes & Tubes
- Corrosion Resistance: Brass is naturally resistant to corrosion and is especially suitable for water applications due to its resistance to mineral buildup.
- Malleability and Workability: Brass is easier to shape and machine compared to other metals, allowing for complex shapes and fine detailing.
- Aesthetic Appeal: Brass’s natural golden hue makes it popular in decorative applications, providing both function and beauty.
- Antimicrobial Properties: Brass has natural antimicrobial properties, which is beneficial in plumbing and medical applications.
