Overview

Dhodi Metal Industries is a major Manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of superior Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings, a copper-nickel alloy with excellent corrosion and erosion resistance. It is both solid and flexible. Copper Nickel 70/30 & Copper Nickel 90/10 Buttweld Fittings, as they are popularly known, are used to fabricate fresh and hot water cylinder tubing. These Cu-Ni 70 / 30 Buttweld Fittings are constructed from high-quality, time-tested raw materials, ensuring superior performance, high conductivity, and a longer operational life.

The 70/30 Copper Elbow consists of 70% copper and 30% nickel. The elbow allows companies to adjust the flow of fluids and gasses in three directions. These elbows come in NPS sizes ranging from ½ to 48. Cupro Nickel 90/10 Long Radius Elbows are conventional elbows comprised of 90% copper and 10% nickel. These elbows are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate a wide range of applications while ensuring a tight seal and preventing leakage.

The Cu-Ni 90/10 Tee is used to combine or separate fluids via its three apertures. This tee is available with female thread, solvent weld, and opposing solvent weld sockets. The 90/10 End Cap is a device designed to protect pipe ends from moisture and physical damage during transportation or production. Our famous employees combine the best raw materials and cutting-edge technology to create the best goods.

The manufacturing process for these copper-nickel buttweld fittings uses a range of chemical compositions. These pipe fittings have a great strength at high temperatures because of their nickel content. They are renowned for their resilience to corrosion and longevity. Copper Nickel Buttweld Fittings are not only resistant to corrosion, but they can also withstand organic chemicals and weak non-oxidizing acids. These pipe fittings’ nickel content also aids in their ability to withstand stress corrosion cracking.
