An independent Quality Assurance department oversees all procedures to ensure that manufacturing complies with international technical delivery conditions such as ASTM, ASME, EN, IS, and specific customer requirements. Every component undergoes thorough visual and dimensional inspection by trained professionals to detect surface flaws, tolerance deviations, or other non-conformities.
From initial processing to final dispatch, our products undergo uncompromising inspections and stringent testing, in accordance with relevant standards or customer-specific protocols.
QUALITY ACTVITIES
- All incoming raw materials are verified against mill test certificates, with random chemical and mechanical property testing conducted at accredited laboratories.
- In-process quality control during forming, pressing, forging, machining, and heat treatment ensures product integrity at every stage.
- Dimensional accuracy is maintained using calibrated fixtures, templates, gauges, and callipers, with regular calibration schedules to preserve measurement precision.
- Products are supplied with comprehensive test certificates detailing chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness values, heat treatment records, and results of NDT methods such as ultrasonic and radiographic testing.
OUR FACILITIES
We maintain a robust infrastructure, including a spacious warehouse with the capacity to store substantial inventories for timely delivery. Our procurement team sources materials that meet stringent international specifications, while our quality specialists set benchmarks that have become reference points for the industry.
INSPECTION
Clients may appoint their preferred inspection agency, or we can arrange evaluations through globally recognized Third-Party Inspection Authorities, including Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, SGS, IRS, DNV, GL, EIL, IBR, TUV, ABS, and others. All inspections are conducted with transparency and in compliance with applicable standards.
